On November 21, Russian soldiers entered an apartment in Toretsk, Donetsk Oblast. They opened fire with automatic weapons on three civilians. Unfortunately, two women were killed instantly.
A man was also injured in the shooting. He suffered fractures to his shoulder and collarbone.
An investigation into the incident has been launched by the regional prosecutor’s office.
