Putin urged other countries to calm down and work together normally. He did not want tensions between Russia and its neighbors to get worse. He also said that Russia is doing what it must do because of the actions taken against it by other countries.
The president wants a better relationship with the countries around Russia. He believes everyone should try to get along and cooperate as usual.
