**Serbian Accused of Plotting **

group of people from Kosovo who were involved in organizing a violent incident in Serbia has arrived in the capital city, Belgrade. This was revealed by Vesna Malisic, editor-in-chief of Radar magazine.

Malisic suspects that Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic is trying to create a scenario for conflict ahead of a large protest on March 15 in Belgrade. She believes this could lead to a state of or justify police intervention.

**Concerns Over Paramilitary Groups**

Radar spotted of the disbanded Special Operations Unit (JSO) in Pioneers’ Park outside the Serbian Presidency building. Malisic expressed her concern, saying that their presence is “foreboding” and symbolizes a death squad.

She noted that JSO members have been involved in numerous murders, including the assassination of Serbian Zoran Djindjic. The fact that they were allowed to be near students who want to protest is seen as a sinister message from those in power.

**Fear-Mongering**

Malisic believes that Vucic is trying to instill fear by predicting violence during the March 15 protest. She thinks he wants to show that , which have never been violent, will turn violent and be orchestrated by those who wish to provoke violence.

**Students Stand Firm**

Despite Vucic’s claims that everything will end on March 15, students have made it clear that they will not back down from their intention to work for Serbia’s transformation into a normal . Malisic believes that and students will continue to push for change, which is not possible under the current regime.
