Real Palace is currently working on the construction of Black Sea Towers, which is located in the Heroes’ Alley in Batumi. This premium class residential complex is the company’s flagship project. In addition, we are also working on new projects that will be announced in the New Year. These projects will be located in one of the most prominent and central districts of Batumi.
The construction of Black Sea Towers has reached its second stage, with block A completed and internal repairs underway. 16 floors have also been prepared in block B. As for offers, we currently have a 5% discount for new residents on any apartment in both blocks.
Residents of Black Sea Towers will have access to various recreational areas, such as a swimming pool, fitness and spa center, and a children’s playground. Most of these facilities will be free for the residents.
