Volodymyr Zelensky met with Joe Biden, Kamala Harris and the White House to discuss “victory plans”. The Ukrainian president hopes that this will put pressure on Russia to agree to a diplomatic ending to the war.
This comes amid a dispute with Donald Trump and his Republican Party ahead of the US presidential election in November.
