Russian Airstrike Hits Kherson Medical Center
A cancer treatment center in the Ukrainian city of Kherson was badly damaged when Russian forces launched an airstrike using guided bombs. The attack caused significant damage to the building.
This is part of a wider pattern of Russia‘s bombardment of Ukrainian cities. On Friday, Russian missiles struck civilian areas across Ukraine, killing one person and injuring 10 others in Kyiv. Several NATO embassies in the capital were also damaged.
The Kherson medical center was targeted by Russian forces during an ongoing escalation of violence in the region. Regional military administration head Oleksandr Prokudin reported on the attack, highlighting the growing threat to civilians.
