**The Human Cost**

According to Kuleba, nearly 400 pieces of port infrastructure and over 30 ships have been damaged or destroyed by since February 2022. A total of 106 civilians have been injured in strikes against port facilities.

“This attack is a stark reminder of Russia’s disregard for human life and the importance of securing Ukraine’s ports,” said Kuleba. “We urge international partners to take immediate action to support Ukraine’s efforts to secure its ports and prevent further attacks.”
