Russia has attacked Ukraine’s energy infrastructure for the 12th time this year. The attack used 93 missiles and over 200 drones, but authorities said most of the missiles were shot down.

Five out of nine nuclear reactor units are operating at reduced power due to the attack. Authorities are working to restore power supplies as quickly as possible.

**No Critical Infrastructure Hit in Kyiv**

Despite the widespread damage, Governor Ruslan Kravchenko said no critical or residential infrastructure was hit in the Kyiv region.

The attack came on one of the coldest days of Ukrainian winter so far, with temperatures around -6C.
