According to monitoring channels, Russian forces have not launched any Shahed-type Drones overnight on October 14 for the first since late August.

This daily pattern has continued since the first days in October. Overnight, on Oct. 3, Ukraine’s Air Force reported to the Russians that they launched 105 Shahed drones targeting settlements throughout the country.
Ukrainian Telegram channels that monitor Russian activity reported that Russia had not used a single Shahed in 48 days.
Ukraine’s Air Force has reported that Moscow‘s forces have launched several guided aerial weapons against Sumy and Zaporizhzhia over night.
Since the fall of 2022, Russia has launched thousands cheap but effective drones of the Iranian design Shahed against Ukraine.
In an August 2023 report the U.K. Defense Ministry stated that Russia has begun to produce them domestically.
