Ukraine’s Ambassador to the UN, Serhii Kyslytsia, responded to Nebenzya’s comments. He said that Russia has attacked Ukraine’s infrastructure 12 times in 2024 alone, launching over 1,100 missiles at these targets. This is a war , and Ukraine demands that the community holds Russia accountable.

Kyslytsia also criticized Russia’s position in the war, saying that its neo-imperial ambitions are unraveling. He emphasized that recognition of Ukraine’s territorial integrity and is essential for any lasting peace agreement.
