Russian Forces Hit Humanitarian Aid Site in Ukraine
On November 20, Russian forces attacked a building in Novodmytrivka, Kherson Oblast. The target was a humanitarian aid distribution point where volunteers were giving out bread to residents.
A projectile hit the roof of the building, causing damage to windows and the facade. Luckily, no one was hurt. However, a drone also tried to attack a volunteer’s vehicle. The drone struck near the car but did not cause any serious harm.
Novodmytrivka is located in the part of Kherson Oblast still controlled by Ukrainian forces. It is less than 20 kilometers west of the regional center, Kherson.
Over the past day, Russian attacks across Ukraine have killed at least two people and injured 30 others. In Kherson Oblast alone, 21 settlements were fired upon, including the city of Kherson. Two people died and 15 others were hurt in these attacks.
