On November 30, Russia attacked the Dniprovskyi district of Ukraine’s Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. The attack killed three people and injured at least 21 others.
The regional governor, Serhii Lysak, reported on the incident. An 11-year-old boy is among the wounded and is being treated in the hospital. Eight people are in serious condition.
Explosions occurred in the Dniprovskyi district, causing three fires. A shop, an apartment building, and a home were affected by the fires.
