According to Odesa Governor Oleh Kiper, a ballistic missile attack on Odesa’ port infrastructure resulted in the death of one person and the injury of eight others.
The attack is part a Russian that aims to terrorize civilians by launching deliberate air strikes every day on residential areas. The Russian forces launch dozens “kamikaze”, long-range drones, every night. Often they also launch missiles.
Kiper reports that the dead and injured port infrastructure workers were Ukrainian citizens. Two of the injured are critically ill, and medical staff is providing necessary care.

This latest attack is part of a pattern in which Russians have targeted Odesa’s ports. On 9 October, an attack by Russian missiles on the port infrastructure of Odesa Oblast killed eight people and damaged civilian vessel flying the Panamanian flag.
