Russian Forces Increase Assaults on Vremivka Front
The number of Russian attacks on the Vremivka front in Ukraine has increased. Over the past day, there were 37 Russian assaults, which is the highest number in a week.
The Vremivka front is located in Donetsk Oblast. It’s a key area because it’s close to other important locations like Kurakhove and Vuhledar. Ukrainian forces are fighting against Russian troops in this region.
According to Vladyslav Voloshin, spokesperson for the Southern Defense Forces, Russian forces are using tanks and armored vehicles to carry out their assaults. However, Ukrainian soldiers are determined to resist.
One tank and nine armored vehicles were destroyed by Ukrainian forces over the past day. The Ukrainian military is working to stabilize the front line and restore positions.
The fighting on the Vremivka front has been intense, with 37 combat engagements taking place in just one day. This is the highest number of clashes recently.
There are reportedly up to 200,000 Russian troops concentrated in the southern direction. These forces include specialized units such as drones, scouts, and the Russian National Guard.
