The drones targeted an oil refinery in the Krasnoarmeysky district of the city. After the attack, a drone also struck a multistory residential building in Volgograd. One man was slightly injured in this incident.

Russian authorities reported that 40 drones were shot down over several regions on February 15. The Russian Defense Ministry claimed that these attacks took place in Volgograd, Kaluga, Saratov, and Rostov oblasts. However, the details of these incidents could not be verified.
**Ukraine Continues to Target Russian Oil Facilities**
This is not the first time the Volgograd refinery has been targeted by Ukrainian drones. The facility was previously struck on January 31, according to Ukraine’s General Staff. The Ukrainian military considers Russian oil facilities to be valid targets in the ongoing war.
**Multiple Drone Attacks Reported Across Russia**
On February 15, President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that it would be very difficult for Ukraine to sustain its fight against Russia without American support. He made this comment during a discussion on security guarantees and proposals for France at the Munich Security Conference.
