Governor Vitalii KIM reported that a Russian missile attack on the southern city of Mykolaiv occurred overnight on October 15th, killing a woman and injuring 16 others.
According to the governor, Russian forces attacked the city at 2:30 am with S-300 anti-aircraft weapons. A restaurant complex, an industrial facility, shops, residential structures, and cars were all damaged.
Three patients were treated as outpatients.
The State Emergency Service reported that first responders had extinguished fires that had occurred in the residential district of the city, which covered an area between 30 and 400 square metres.
A second fire broke out in a different area, affecting a restaurant complex and shops. It covered an area of 1400 square meters. The fire is being extinguished.
Mykolaiv Oblast, as well as other southern regions, are regularly attacked by Russian forces. Mykolaiv is located approximately 60 kilometers (37miles) northwest of the frontline in Kherson Oblast.
Kim reported that three Shahed-type drones were shot down in Mykolaiv Oblast over night on October 15, Kim.

According to the Eastern Human Rights Group, Ukrainians suffering from diabetes, bronchial asthma, and other illnesses on Russian-occupied territory will no longer be eligible for free medication unless they obtain Russian passports by 2025.
