**Russian Missile Attack Hits Ukrainian City**
A Russian missile attack on the city of Kryvyi Rih in Ukraine’s Dnipropetrovsk Oblast injured at least five people. The attack happened on March 29, according to Governor Serhii Lysak.
The missiles damaged high-rise buildings, houses, a school, and a car wash. All the victims are in a medium condition of severity. Oleksandr Vilkul, the head of the city military administration, reported the attack at 11:33 a.m. local time.
Kryvyi Rih is a frequent target of Russian missile attacks. It is Ukraine’s second-largest city, with a population of about 660,000 people. The city is located near the front line and has been hit by Russian missiles several times before.
The full extent of damage and casualties from the attack is still being determined. Russia has continued to launch missile and drone strikes across Ukraine despite efforts to broker a ceasefire and move towards a broader peace deal.
Ukraine has accused Russia of violating a partial ceasefire agreed upon earlier this month, which banned strikes on energy facilities and in the Black Sea. The future of this ceasefire is uncertain as Moscow has linked it to the lifting of some Western sanctions.
