International
Estonia wants to buy weapons made in Ukraine, but there are restrictions. Estonia wants to support Ukraine’s defence industry by buying its weapons. However, wartime restrictions make it difficult.
Zelenskyy warns that North Korean troops are joining the Russian war in Ukraine. Pyongyang is sending military personnel to Moscow, and not just weapons.

Since July 2024, Ukraine has reported 88 West Nile cases, with 11 deaths. The virus, which is transmitted by mosquitoes, and has no vaccine or treatment, is spreading into new regions because of climate change.
