Zelenskyy revealed that Ukraine received only 10% of the latest US aid package. Zelenskyy also condemned the US media for leaking confidential information about requests for specific weapons, such as Tomahawks. He said it undermines trust.
US claims that 8,000 North Korean soldiers are in Russia’s Kursk Oblast. US Secretary of state Antony Blinken stated that North Korean soldiers wearing Russian uniforms were preparing to engage in frontline combat operations against the Ukrainian government.
US announces new military assistance to Ukraine “in coming days”. After the recent $400 million US military aid package to Ukraine on 21 October, a new package of US military assistance will be announced in the coming days.
Joly, Canadian Foreign Minister, says Canada supports Ukraine’s path towards NATO membership. Melanie Joly, Canadian Foreign Minister, reaffirmed Canada’s support for Ukraine’s integration into NATO. She stressed the long-term goal for Kyiv to become a full member of NATO.
South Korea plans to send analysts into Ukraine to study the latest trends in modern warfare. Kim Yong Hyun, South Korean Defense Minister, announced plans to send a group of military analysts to Ukraine in order to observe modern warfare tactics.
Lithuania’s military assistance to Ukraine reaches $ 765 million with a new package. As part of the winter preparations, the Lithuanian defense ministry announced that the military aid package for Ukraine includes generators and mortars.
Norway’s EUR 500million military aid package for Ukraine will include NASAMS and not just F-16s. The package includes F-16 fighters and NASAMS air defence systems, as well as defense industry investments.
Ukraine is seeking a bilateral agreement with prorussian Hungary in order to advance NATO membership. Ukraine is negotiating with Hungary a comprehensive document to address challenges, gain support for NATO membership and prevent possible blockades against Zelenskyy’s victory strategy.

In a nighttime aerial attack, Russian missiles and drones are targeting Odesa and Kramatorsk. Ukraine has reportedly shot down 2/12 missiles and 17/43 drones. 23 UAVs crashed, while three others returned to Russia.
New Developments
Lavrov confirms that the “comprehensive” agreement between Russia and Iran will include defense. The “comprehensive agreement” that Russia signed with North Korea included provisions for mutual defense. This could be a model for this new partnership.
