Former Georgian President Speaks Out on Recent Court Decision
Mikheil Saakashvili, a former president of Georgia, has responded to the court case involving TBC Bank co-founders Mamuka Khazaradze and Badri Japaridze and businessman Avtandil Tsereteli.
Saakashvili made his comments on Facebook, saying it’s good that the current regime was afraid to arrest these men. He also called their sentence “completely fake”. The former president noted that a court decision had been made in his own favor after he was investigated by the State Inspector’s office.
Saakashvili plans to make an appearance at a court tomorrow, saying he will speak out about what he wants to say. The event is scheduled for 1 p.m.
