**Georgia‘s President Thanks EU Official**
The President of Georgia, Salome Zurabishvili, has thanked Josep Borrell for his work as the European Union‘s High Representative.
In a message on social media, she said: “Thank you, dear Josep Borrell, for your good service and hard work. We appreciate your support for our country‘s goal of joining Europe.”
The President also congratulated Kaja Kallas on her new job as EU High Representative.
Georgia is hoping to join the European Union one day.
