**Last Line of Defense for President Vucic**
People living in a camp at the Serbian Presidency building are being paid by President Aleksandar Vucic to stay there. This is according to Nemanja Sarovic, a KTV reporter who was arrested over the weekend.
Sarovic went into the camp and talked to people claiming to be students. He said they were willing to go back to classes early, unlike many other university students who have been protesting for months. The police then put up a metal fence around the tents.
**Vucic Fears Protests**
Sarovic believes that President Vucic is scared of protests on March 15 in Belgrade. He thinks that Vucic is paying people to stay in the camp and that this is his last line of defense against protesters.
The ruling Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) is allegedly blackmailing Kosovo Serbs to come to the camp. Sarovic claims they are being paid between 50 to 100 euros a day.
**More Police Expected**
Sarovic says President Vucic will bring in more people and deploy dozens of police officers for their safety. He believes this is an attempt by Vucic to create incidents.
It’s unclear if anyone actually sleeps at the camp, according to Sarovic. He thinks it’s possible that no one is prepared to sacrifice themselves for President Vucic.
