This election, as the Chairman of Parliament has pointed out, should bring back common sense to world politics. It should also put an end to perceptions dominating reality.
“I congratulate Donald Trump for his election as President. This choice should bring back common sense to world politics, and end the dominant perceptions over reality that has been a feature of Western policies towards Georgia in recent times. I believe that American and Georgian relations should be re-established on the basis mutual respect, shared interests, and most importantly, real human values”, Shalva Papuashvili wrote.
