**Opposition Expected to Enter Parliament**
The Chairman of the Parliament, Shalva Papuashvili, believes that the opposition is planning to enter parliament. He based his statement on their recent comments.
According to Papuashvili, the authority should be recognized first and then an application for its termination can be filed. He said this makes the opposition’s current statements a “sports scam” as they are deceiving their own voters.
Papuashvili mentioned that in 2020, several opposition members had demanded the termination of their authority after the session. They were supposed to file a statement on December 16, but only did so after the session was over. He suggested that if the opposition wants to terminate their authority now, they can simply send an email to the Parliament with their statement and signature.
The Chairman also criticized the opposition for lacking dignity and being controlled by their patrons. He said that if they do not collapse or get humiliated, they will forget their positions and enter parliament once again.
