We warned our partners about the failure of the system to achieve a just and lasting peace. The international system failed to prevent wars in and Ukraine.
Many of our partners were inspired by the awakening that followed War II to find ways to prevent future tragedies.
We were the first ones to understand what the frozen conflict that is the result of a temporary ceasefire meant. A truce is not enough to guarantee lasting peace. The freezing of the conflict does not guarantee peace.
It is a good thing that we are looking for future solutions that must be based upon a just and lasting peaceful. These solutions need to be supported by a suitable international system which will make peace possible.
We must do our best to take our responsibility and work towards a better peace in support of Ukraine’s sovereignty and independence to ensure a just resolution to this brutal conflict.
