**Students and Supporters Hold Silent Protest in Belgrade**
Students from the University of Belgrade and their supporters held a silent protest at a central intersection in the city. The protest was to remember people killed in Serbia and Montenegro.
The group stood in silence for 29 minutes. They started at 11:52 am, which is when a concrete awning collapsed at Novi Sad Railway Station two days ago. 15 people were killed in that accident.
**More Deaths Remembered**
Two people were killed in the town of Arilje on December 31. A man was arrested for those murders. On January 1, another 12 people, including two children, were killed by a man who then took his own life in Cetinje.
The silent protest is not new. In December, it was extended to remember a child killed in the Croatian capital of Zagreb.
