US Allows Ukraine to Use ATACMS Missiles in Russia

The New Times reported that anonymous US officials said the allowed Ukraine to use ATACMS missiles within Russia. Other outlets, like Le Figaro, also reported that France and the UK had authorized Ukraine to use their Scalp/Storm Shadow missiles against Russian targets.

However, there is a catch. The permission only applies to one region of Russia – Kursk Oblast, where are deployed. It’s not clear if other parts of Russia are included.
