**Car Bomb Kills Russian Officer**

A car bomb occupied killed a high-ranking officer November 13. The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) was behind the attack, according to a source from the agency.

The officer who died was named . He was chief of staff of the 41st Missile Boat Brigade. The SBU says Trankovsky was responsible for ordering missile against civilian targets in Ukraine.
