MP Marinika Tepic Asks Tough Questions to Serbia’s Secret Service Director
Serbia’s Security Information Agency (BIA) is under fire after two students were allegedly kidnapped by BIA operatives. MP Marinika Tepic of the Freedom and Justice Party (SSP) has questioned the agency’s director, Vladimir Orlic.
Tepic asked if Novi Sad students Mila Pajic and Doroteja Antic were taken by BIA agents on her orders or those of MP Igor Becic’s brother, Darko. Tepic also inquired about Pavle Koprivica from BIA, asking if he led the operatives and was responsible for organizing hired thugs.
Tepic wants to know if the kidnapping was part of a plan to undermine student protests. She asked if it was the work of Orlic or Becic that devised a strategy to have six men in black take Mila and Doroteja away from a railway station without being identified. The students were held at BIA premises for hours without any legal reason.
