**Three Georgian Citizens Freed from Russian Occupation**
Three Georgian citizens who were being held unlawfully by Russian occupation forces have been released. They are Ilia Lutidze, Nika Mamastarashvili, and Zurab Lobzhanidze.
According to the State Security Service, the process of releasing them was made possible through a “hotline” mechanism operated by the EU Monitoring Mission (EUMM) in Georgia. The central government also used all available instruments to secure their release.
**Russian Occupation Forces Responsible**
The State Security Service blamed Russian occupation forces for the destructive actions carried out in Georgia’s occupied regions and along the occupation line.
**Central Government Will Continue Efforts**
The central government said it will continue working with international partners to release all Georgian citizens being held unlawfully in occupied territories.
