Serbia’s economy grew by 3.3% in the last quarter of 2024, compared to the same time last year. This is according to a report from the Republic Statistics Office (RZS) on Friday.
The country’s GDP growth rate was higher than expected. In the previous quarters, Serbia’s economy grew by:
* 3.1% in the third quarter
* 4% in the second quarter
* 4.7% in the first quarter of 2024
Serbia’s budget had predicted an annual GDP growth of 3.5%, but the actual growth was higher at 3.9%.
