According to Ruslan Stefanchuk, the of ‘s Verkhovna Rada, the National Council, the lower house of the Swiss , has officially recognized the Holodomor of 1932-1933 as act of genocide. The Holodomor was man-made famine that occurred in Soviet Ukraine, resulting in the deaths of millions of Ukrainians.
