**Court Must Consider Parliament Election Lawsuit**
A group of 30 members of the Georgian parliament have filed a lawsuit claiming that the recent parliamentary elections were unconstitutional. The court must consider this claim within one month.
According to Tamar Kordzaia, a leader of the “Unity National Movement”, the Prime Minister‘s statement that the parliament will meet on November 25 or 26 is also unconstitutional. This means that the planned meeting may not be allowed to take place.
Kordzaia explained that since the court must consider the lawsuit within one month, it cannot allow any new members of parliament to be included in the list until this issue is resolved. Therefore, the Prime Minister‘s announcement about a parliamentary meeting on November 25 or 26 is invalid.
