Today, the opposition is going to protest at the Tbilisi Court of Appeal against the decisions of the courts. The front line will pass by the Court of Appeal today! Tamar Kordzaia is one of the leaders of the “Unity – National Movement“.
According to Het, the opposition’s plan is to win re-election using all legal means.
“First, I want to say that it’s indisputable that these elections have been rigged. This is true for both the citizens of Georgia as well as the international community. The plan of the opposition therefore is to win re-election using all legal means. The opposition will therefore gather today at the Tbilisi Court of Appeal. The judicial system has free judges and other judges are also required to follow the Tetritskaro Judge in making legal decisions. Today, the frontline passes by the Court of Appeal!” – said Kordzaia.
Kordzaia also expects the USA to react against all those judges “who are destroying Georgia’s democracy today”.
“I’m sure that the White House gives Georgia’s judges a second chance and a second chance to not follow the path of sanctioned judges within their system. This option is not considered until the disputes have been resolved. If, after the end of the dispute, the judges do not show courage and responsibility to uphold law, as the judge in Tetritskaro did, I believe that the reaction would be towards those who are protecting the democracy of Georgia, today”, said Kordzaia.
