KANSAS CITY MO. Taylor Swift, who had missed the previous two away games, returned to Arrowhead Stadium Monday night after missing the Kansas City Chiefs’ game against the New Orleans Saints with her boyfriend Travis Kelce.
Swift is currently on a break during her record-breaking Eras Tour. The tour resumes Friday night with the first of the three shows at Hard Rock Stadium, Miami. The North American leg of the tour continues in New Orleans, Indianapolis and then moves to Toronto and Vancouver between November and December. The final show will be held on Dec. 8.
Swift also missed Kelce’s annual Kelce Car Jam, a charity auto show that raises funds for his 87 and running foundation, which supports underserved children in the area around Kansas City and Cleveland. Patrick Mahomes, his wife Brittany and Kelce’s parents, along with his brother, retired Eagles centre Jason Kelce, were all there.
Swift and Kelce began their high-profile relationship last season when Kelce invited Swift to watch him play against the Bears in September. Since then, Swift and Kelce have spent a lot of time together.
Swift has been out of the limelight for the past two weeks. Swift has been out of the spotlight for the past couple of weeks. She endorsed Kamalah Harris for president and took home seven awards at the MTV Video Music Awards. She also attended the Chiefs’ win over the Cincinnati Bengals.
Swift has become good friends with the Mahomes Family over the last year. The 14-time Grammy nominee caused controversy when she said she supported Donald Trump over Harris in the November elections. Trump also made reference to the quarterback’s spouse after she liked and then disliked an Instagram post from the Republican presidential candidate.
Patrick Mahomes declined to endorse anyone for the election and instead encouraged people to register to cast their vote.
Mahomes said, “I don’t think my place and platform should be used to endorse candidates.” “My job is to inform people about the importance of registering to vote. It’s to encourage people to do their research and make the best decisions for themselves and their families.
