The 10th anniversary of South Caucasus‘ only Baroque Music Festival will begin this year with a concert devoted to Venetian Baroque.
The Italian Embassy will support the Shota Rustaveli State Drama Theater in a tribute to the great Baroque composers including Vivaldi and Tartini. Also, Marcello, Platti, Galuppi and Galuppi will be performed by the renowned Italian cellist Davide Amadio.
The opening ceremony takes place on November 1 at 19:30. On November 21, the Jansug Kakhidze Music Center and Cultural Center will host a concert titled ‘Georgian Sacred Music.’ Italian opera singers Cristina Fanelli and Bendetta Mazzucato will perform works by Bach and Zelenka.
