Russia Controls Abkhazia Criticize Georgia’s Aviation Agency
Abkhazia, which is controlled by Russia, has criticized the Georgian aviation agency. The agency said that operating Sokhumi airport is against the law. But Abkhazia wants Georgia to stop making angry statements and start talking.
Abkhazia reminded Georgia of its promise to have a friendly conversation with them. They even mentioned a politician who promised to apologize during his election campaign in 2024. However, they say that instead of fixing things, Georgia is still saying the same old things.
Regular Flights to Abkhazia Soon
Russia plans to start regular flights from May 1st this year. The first Russian plane landed in Sokhumi on February 7th. This has been a topic of discussion for months now.
