A French official is quoted as saying that deploying fighter jets to Germany “should not be difficult” and would put pressure on the UK to make a similar move.

France has 300 nuclear weapons in its ‘force de dissuasion’ , which includes both sea and air-based launch systems. The UK’s nuclear deterrent consists of four Vanguard-class submarines, each capable of carrying up to warheads.
