Khuchua explains again his decision regarding complaints related to the election.

On November 4, the Tetritskaro District Court ruled to annul the results of the elections in approximately 30 precincts within the municipalities of Tsalka & Tetritskaro. The experiment was carried out in the meeting room at the initiative by judge Vladimer Kuchua. This proved that the privacy of voters’ will was violated when voting. The Tbilisi Court of Appeal annulled the district court’s decision on November 7.
