The CEC must summarize the results of parliamentary elections by November 21 (no later that the 26th day following the election). It will publish a summary protocol based upon the protocols received from district and precinct electoral commissions, and the final court decisions.
The CEC will post the document on its site immediately after summarizing final results and will also give it to the “Legislative Gazette”, which will publish it in two days.
The mandates for the members of parliament will be given to the political parties that receive at least 5% in the election. The number of votes cast by voters in the elections will not include the votes from ballots that are known to be invalid.
To determine the number mandates received by a party, multiply the votes it received by 150. Divide the result by the total votes received by all parties that received at least 5% of the votes cast by voters in the election. The total number is the number of seats that the political party has won.
If the sum of the votes received by political parties is less that 150, the unallocated votes will be received with better results by the parties.
The CEC will register all elected members of parliament within two days of the summary of final election results and issue them a temporary certificate as a member.
