**Man Accused of Disobeying Police at Rally Speaks Out**
Giorgi Bakhutashvili was at a rally when he tried to help someone who was being dragged by the police. The person was unconscious and on the ground.
Bakhutashvili said he asked the police not to arrest the person because of their condition. He claimed he didn’t block the road or fight with the police, but just made a polite request.
Unfortunately, Bakhutashvili said he was hit by something (he thinks it might have been a truncheon) and pushed aside by the police. This was after the police had started cursing him.
**The Accusation**
Bakhutashvili is accused of two things: being a “hooligan” and disobeying the police. The court eventually found him guilty, but let him off with just a verbal warning.
