**Students at University of Nis Blockade Medical Faculty**
A student group at the University of Nis has announced a full-day blockade of the Medical Faculty building on Tuesday. This action is in response to what students say are illegally scheduled January exams and pressure from academic staff, non-academic staff, and police.
The Dean of the Law Faculty, Nebojsa Raicevic, had already postponed the January exams until conditions were suitable. However, not all faculties at the University have agreed with this decision. The Medical Faculty administration continues to schedule exams despite student protests.
Students claim that they are being pressured by staff and the police, which is why they are taking drastic measures. On Tuesday, no staff member will be allowed to enter the building during the blockade.
The students involved in the protest say that their rights and dignity are at risk due to these actions. They call on all staff members to stop what they see as illegal pressure tactics.
