**Ukrainian Forces Attack Russian Arsenal**
On November 19, Ukrainian forces attacked an arsenal in Russia’s Bryansk region. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that the target was the 1046th Logistics Center near Karachev.
The attack caused secondary explosions and detonations throughout the night. Local residents reported hearing sounds of detonation and seeing flashes in videos. A missile alert was declared overnight, but local authorities initially only mentioned a drone attack.
**Details of the Attack**
Andriy Kovalenko, head of the Center for Countering Disinformation, said that the arsenal contained artillery munitions, including North Korean ammunition. Videos from local residents show a glow and sounds of detonation near the target area.
It is unclear if the 67th GRAU Arsenal in Karachev was hit during the attack. The NASA fire monitoring system has not detected any fires in the area.
**Previous Attacks on the Arsenal**
This is not the first time the arsenal has been attacked. Unconfirmed reports suggest it was targeted on October 8, and confirmed data indicates attacks on June 28, 2024, and October 2023.
As of 9 a.m. Moscow time, residents of Bryansk and Karachev are reporting new sounds of explosions.
