**Netherlands Minister Urges Georgia to Restore Public Trust**
The government of Georgia needs to regain the trust of its people. This is according to Kaspar Veldkamp, the Netherlands’ Minister of Foreign Affairs.
Veldkamp wrote on social media that the Georgian government should implement recommendations from the OSCE (Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe). He also suggested considering new elections based on these recommendations.
**Support for Georgia‘s President**
The Dutch minister expressed support for Salome Zurabishvili, the President of Georgia. He praised her commitment to Georgia’s European path. Veldkamp noted that Georgians have been peacefully protesting for a month, despite facing violence and intimidation.
