The first evening of the final concert of the XV Anniversary International Festival ““, which took place on September 22, was held in the large auditorium of the Vano State Conservatory.
The National Orchestra, Beatrice Veneti (Italian conductor), talented Georgian violinist Veriko Chuburidze and other world-famous musicians performed in front of the audience.
The overture of Giacomo Puccini’s “Manon Lescaut”, the intermezzo of Gioachino Rosini’s “Wilhelm Tell”, the overture of Umberto Giordano’s “Fedora”, and the overture of Pietro Mascagni’s „Friend Fritz“ were performed for classical music lovers. – Intermezzo.
Veriko Chumburidze, winner of the Veniavskyi violin competition and internationally recognized violinist Beatrice Venezi, performed Tchaikovsky’s violin concert at the concert.

The festival was founded by the internationally renowned violinist and conductor LianaIsakadze. The artistic director, GiorgiIsakadze is a musician who lives in Germany. Six concerts will be held in Borjomi (Georgi), Batumi (Georgi) and Tbilisi for a month.
This year’s festival featured world-renowned Georgian and international stars as well as young talented musicians. The festival’s main orchestra is “Virtuosos Of Georgia”. Lela Mchedlidze is the concertmaster of the orchestra and first violin. The National Symphony Orchestra is the festival’s partner.

The anniversary festival of Night Serenades this year has been expanded. The festival was launched in Borjomi at the “Borjomi Likan Hotel”. Sabine Grofmayer, clarinet, Germany; Eilika Wish, soprano, Germany; Giorgi Oniani, tenor (Georgia); Riccardo Marinaello, tenor (Italy); and Giorgi Bugianishvili – director of the ensemble “Borjomi”, attended the gala concert.
The Batumi concert was held at the Chavchavadze Professional State Drama Theater in Batumi. Eilika Vunshi, a German soprano and Riccardo Marinaello, an Italian tenor performed for the audience. Heyon Park Festival Base orchestra “Virtuosos Of Georgia” accompanied Tamar Lichel.
In parallel with the concerts, within the framework of the festival, special attention will be paid to the cognitive-educational program – field master classes, workshops and lectures will be held for students and young people, including people with disabilities.
The festival is organized by the company “Art ” and directed by Nina Tsagareli.
Night Serenades, an international festival that has existed in Georgia for 41 years, is the oldest festival in the country. Liana Isakadze, a Georgian violinist, conductor and People’s Artist for Georgia, is the one who came up with the idea to create the festival. He was included in The Encyclopedia of 2000 Prominent Musicalians of the 20th century by the Cambridge Bibliographic Center, England, 2002.
Liana Isakadze founded the “Night Serenades” festival in 1982 in Abkhazia – the most beautiful part in Georgia. It was held in Bichvinta during the summer months and enjoyed great success. Unfortunately, because of the tragic events that took place in our country in 1991, the festival ceased its existence. From 2002-2009 the festival was held at Borjomi, under the name “Celebration of Art”. In 2009, it was possible for the festival to be restored and moved to the beautiful Black Sea city of Batumi.
Since , Giorgi isakadze has been the artistic director. He is a musician and a teacher, founder and director of Ingolstadt and Munich Music and Dance Academy and School. He is also the nephew of Liana.
Since the same year the base orchestra for the festival is the chamber orchestra “Georgian Virtuosos”, created by Liana Isakadze and Giorgi Mchedlidze (conductor Lela Mechedlidze), that includes talented young Georgians musicians.
During the festival’s existence, it has hosted many world-class performers, including Alfred Schnittke Kurt Mazur Gidon Kremer, and many more.
