The first session of newly elected parliament must take place no later than 10 days after the official announcement. The President will be responsible for appointing the first session.
The CEC must publish the summary protocol by November 21 (no later that the 26th day following the election), based on the protocols from the district and precinct electoral commissions, and the final court decisions.
The first session of the Parliament can be used to begin working if a majority of all members are present.
The full powers of the parliament are acquired when two thirds of its members are recognized. The authority of the previous parliament will cease from this moment.
