**Diplomats from Lithuania, Estonia and Latvia Summoned to Georgia**
Three ambassadors were called to a meeting at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Georgia. The diplomats are from Lithuania, Estonia, and Latvia.
The reason for the meeting was a statement made by these three countries about stopping the work of Georgian government leaders and law enforcement officers. The Georgians said this move is not allowed under their partnership agreement.
Georgia’s foreign ministry explained that their country follows international rules and laws. They said statements meant to influence Georgia’s decisions are not acceptable. Georgia also emphasized that its decision to delay discussing EU membership until 2028 does not mean they are leaving the EU integration process. They said this decision is actually a way to avoid confusion about their plans.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Georgia hopes that the countries will return to friendly relations and cooperate based on mutual respect.
