**MP Calls for Ban on Lasers at Rallies**
A member of Georgia’s parliamentary majority, Archil Gorduladze, wants the ruling party to stop people from using lasers at rallies.
Gorduladze made this request during a meeting of the Parliament’s Legal Affairs Committee. He said that protesters often shine lasers at police and security cameras, making it harder for officers to do their job.
“We have seen that lasers and lights are used too much during gatherings,” Gorduladze said. “This creates problems for law enforcement and surveillance.”
Gorduladze thinks that banning lasers would be a good idea. He wants people to think about the safety of police and others before using lasers at rallies.
