The new autumn-winter menu, presented in conjunction with Gault&Millau Georgia on November 11 at the “ATI Rooftop Restaurant”, located on the 10th Floor of the beloved Sheraton Grand Tbilisi Metekhi Palace, was unveiled.
The event featured a 5-course menu of modern Georgian cuisine. Each dish is inspired by ingredients that are well-known or unknown and characteristic of different regions in Georgia. They also have a unique signature. The evening brought together famous restaurateurs, chefs and representatives of the gastronomic world. The dinner was crowned with the presentation of Gault&Millau Georgia’s prestigious award for the “ATI”, restaurant. Gault&Millau, a French, international guide to restaurants, reviews and rates restaurants every year.
It is also important to highlight the fact that Gault&Millau has a unique rating scale, a 1-20 scale, where points are awarded for different criteria of the dining experiences, such as the chefs’ culinary skill, creativity, atmosphere, quality of ingredients, and presentation.
“ATI Rooftop Restaurant”, a modern Georgian restaurant, bar, terrace and lounge, is a modern Georgian cuisine.
