**Tbilisi Mayor Presents Annual Report and 2025 Budget**

The chairman of the City Council, Giorgi Tkemaladze, is chairing the meeting. He has expressed frustration with the opposition parties, saying they have boycotted every budget discussion in the last eight years.
Tkemaladze said: “They don‘t take responsibility when making big decisions. This shows their true intentions and they’re still in a boycott mood.”
The United National Movement and Gakharia for Georgia party are not attending the meeting as a protest against the council’s actions.
